Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Selliora, a CRM service for businesses. By signing in or using Selliora you agree to them.
1. Accounts
Accounts are created by a business administrator or when a business signs up. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Signing in with Google is allowed only for email addresses added by your administrator.
2. Your business’s data
Each business owns the data it adds to Selliora and is responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including consent to contact leads by phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS.
To give support, fix problems or keep the service secure, Selliora Support may open your business’s workspace. Each visit is recorded and shown to your administrators under Users › Security, and any change made during a visit appears as “Selliora Support”.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful messages.
- Follow the rules of connected channels (for example WhatsApp Business and email sending policies) and applicable laws such as data-protection and telemarketing rules.
- No attempts to access other businesses’ data or to disrupt the service.
4. Paid features
Some features (such as WhatsApp, SMS or email sending) are charged from your business’s wallet at the prices shown in the CRM. Balances and charges are visible in Billing.
5. Third-party services
Connected services (for example Meta, Google, SendGrid, telephony providers) are governed by their own terms. Selliora is not responsible for their availability or decisions.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Selliora available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features over time.
7. Suspension
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Selliora is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
