Privacy Policy
Selliora (“we”, “us”) provides a customer-relationship-management (CRM) service that businesses use to manage their enquiries, leads, sales and team activity. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who this applies to
It applies to people who sign in to Selliora (team members of a business that uses Selliora) and to the contacts (leads and customers) whose details a business keeps in its Selliora workspace. For contacts, the business using Selliora decides what is collected and why; we process that information on the business’s behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, work email address, role and the business you belong to.
- Sign in with Google: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google, to confirm who you are. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data.
- Business data: leads, opportunities, notes, tasks, call logs, messages and files that you or your team add or that arrive through connected channels (for example WhatsApp, email, website forms or telephony).
- Usage information: sign-in times, device and browser type and basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use information
- To provide the CRM, sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send messages (WhatsApp, email, SMS) that your business chooses to send.
- To show reports, dashboards and activity to authorised members of your business.
- To provide support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing
Each business’s data is kept separate and is visible only to that business’s authorised users. We use trusted service providers to run Selliora — such as cloud hosting and databases, and the messaging providers a business connects (for example Meta for WhatsApp, SendGrid for email, telephony providers). They process data only to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Google user data
Selliora’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google sign-in data is used only to identify you and sign you in.
6. Security and retention
Selliora Support may open a business’s workspace to give support or keep the service secure. Each visit is recorded and shown to that business’s administrators.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role and by business, and sessions can be controlled by each business’s security policies. We keep data for as long as the business’s account is active or as needed to provide the service; deleted records are removed after the business’s recycle-bin period.
7. Your choices
You can ask your business administrator to correct or delete your information. Contacts of a business should contact that business directly. You can also reach us at selliora.owner@gmail.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
